Delivery Policy

This page explains how digital delivery works for Sentinel products.

Delivery method

Sentinel licenses and related order confirmations are delivered electronically by email to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timeframe

For standard automated orders, delivery typically completes within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In all cases, delivery will occur within 24 hours. If you have not received your license within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting support@doyourteklab.com.

Some orders may be subject to manual review for anti-fraud or account verification purposes. In these cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Activation and HWID

Sentinel licenses use HWID-based activation. HWID stands for Hardware ID — a unique fingerprint generated from your PC’s physical components (motherboard, CPU, storage drive, and BIOS). This fingerprint is used to generate a license key that is valid specifically for your machine, preventing unauthorised use of the same key on multiple computers.

When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your HWID so that the correct key can be generated. Instructions for obtaining your HWID are available in the store and in the Sentinel application itself.

Non-delivery

If your license is not delivered within the stated timeframe, contact support@doyourteklab.com with your order reference. We will investigate and re-issue the delivery if the order is confirmed as valid.
