This page explains how DOYOURTEKLAB handles buyer and contact data for Sentinel products. DOYOURTEKLAB acts as data controller under the GDPR.

What we collect

We may collect the information you provide through the store and contact forms, including your name, email address, company name, order details, HWID (hardware fingerprint), support messages, and any other information you voluntarily submit.

Why we use it — lawful basis

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6:

Data retention

License-related data (including your email, HWID, and order details) is retained for the duration of your active license plus 12 months after expiry, for support and dispute resolution purposes. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised. Accounting and legal records may be retained for up to 10 years as required by French law.

DOYOURTEKLAB does not share or sell your personal data to any third party. All order and license processing is handled directly by DOYOURTEKLAB.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. No profiling or behavioural tracking takes place.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
